Monique and her team do an amazing job. We have used them multiple times for functions and the arrangements are amazing! They are terrific to work with. I thought I would share an example of the type of service they provide...This past weekend I had a situation where a client ordered flowers from their vendor for the wrong date. We had a bride expecting to arrive at her function with no floral. I called Roses 90 minutes before they closed and asked if there was anything they could do. The bride was obviously devastated and we wanted to surprise her with centerpieces to brighten her day. Monique and her team sprang into action and within an hour had beautiful arrangements ready for pick-up.I cannot thank Monique and her team enough for what they did on such short notice and without hesitation. Ordered from here last minute. Was a little worried about how the flowers would turn out because I was placing an order for delivery considering I am here in Illinois. The flower arraignments turned out beautiful!!!!! My friend smiled from ear to ear and complimented on how fresh they smelled. I will be ordering from them without a doubt.
